Why We’re No Longer ‘International’ – The Story Behind SKYFIT® Technologies

Remember when “international” felt glamorous? Like jet-setting CEOs and offices in every time zone? We did too. But over late-night pizza boxes and endless Zoom calls, we realized something: the world doesn’t need another “international” company. It needs a tech partner that feels human. This isn’t just a name change. It’s a promise. Here’s why we became SKYFIT® Technologies

The 3 Truths That Changed Us

  1. “Global” Isn’t a Buzzword Anymore – It’s Basic
A decade ago, being “international” meant something. Today, a kid in Karachi can code for a startup in Berlin. Borders matter less than bandwidth.
What you told us: “We don’t care where you’re based – we care how you think.”
    So we asked ourselves:
Do we want to be everywhere, or do we want to be essential?
  2. Tech Isn’t Our Department – It’s Our DNA
We used to have a “tech team.” Now, we’re all tech people. Our HR, put it best:
“I joined Skyfit to hire talent. Now, I’m learning about AI ethics because even our interns debate them!” When clients kept saying, “We need innovation, not just spreadsheets,” we realized: “International” was a label. Technologies is a mission.
  3. We’re Building Bridges, Not Borders
The final straw? A coffee chat with a client.
“Your old name felt like you were ‘over there’. We need someone here, in our trenches.”
That’s when it clicked: “International” created distance. Technologies? It’s about partnership.

What Hasn’t Changed

  • Our team: Still the same humans who overuse emojis in Slack.
  • Our obsession: Making tech feel less like robots, more like friends.
  • Our coffee machine: Still broken every Monday.

A Message from Our CEO – Ali Zaib Dhanani

“This rebrand isn’t about erasing our past. It’s about honoring the late nights, the client wins, and the lessons that got us here. SKYFIT® Technologies is our way of saying: ‘We’re ready for tomorrow – are you?’”

Conclusion

We’re still the company that remembers your kids’ names and deadlines. Only now, we’re building tools as warm as our team.

P.S. Our emails still have typos. Some things never change.
